Free U.S. shipping
Shipping is free on every U.S. order.
Processing time
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after your payment is verified.
Delivery time
Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after shipment. These are typical times, not guaranteed delivery dates — carrier delays can happen.
Tracking
Tracking is provided on every order. As soon as your order ships, we send you the carrier and tracking number in your Instagram conversation with @supplyco.inc (or by text/email if you prefer).
Shipping problems
If tracking hasn't updated in several days, your package says delivered but you don't have it, or it arrives damaged, message @supplyco.inc on Instagram within 48 hours with your order reference so we can help and open a claim with the carrier if needed.

Dallas customers can book a private shopping appointment in Addison, Texas — 15 minutes from downtown Dallas. The location is shared only after your appointment is booked.
