What we collect

When you order or book: your name, email, phone number, shipping address, and the items you buy. From our payment processor we receive only limited card details such as the card brand, last 4 digits, and the results of security checks.

For security we also record the internet (IP) address used at checkout, and anonymous page-visit stats.

What we never store

We never receive or store your full card number or security code (CVC). Card payments are handled by Stripe.

How we use it

To fulfill and ship your order, send order and tracking updates, prevent fraud, and keep records of purchases and deliveries. We don't sell your information.

Sharing

We share only what's needed with our payment processor, shipping carriers, and email provider to complete your order.

Your choices

Contact us any time to see, correct, or delete your information, except records we must keep for payments, taxes, or disputes.

Cookies and advertising

We use Meta Pixel and anonymous visit analytics to measure website activity and advertising performance. Meta may use cookies to associate visits with its services. We do not send your name, phone number, email address, or private appointment details to Meta.

Optional drop alerts

If you opt in to drop alerts, we store your chosen email address or phone number and a timestamp of your consent. Signup is optional and is not required to shop or book. Contact us to unsubscribe; reply STOP to SMS alerts. We do not sell the signup list.
